Domain Investing!
I own over 5 domain and bought them to well build stuff on but as my domain
Pkclassified.com
Pkclassified.info
buyosell.info
Geeksland.net
fusionarcade.info
50hit.info
LOL I even have hosting for almost all of these but no time to build so I parked them and know they are earning money. Well only one of my .info has passed its value.
The service I am using is Sedo.
Not much in the account.
One of my domain where I bought it has a Parking service so I parked it there and earning more then sedo.
Most on them are not even parked so.

How to Invest?
If you buy a good domain sell it to make money.
If you buy a domain and it is almost related to another website people spell it wrong they go to your Parked domain and you earn money.
I get not traffic?
Can;t help you try to sell the domain.
